2025 Page Youth Football Registration
This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.
You will be required to provide a copy of child's birth certificate, current sports physical, and signed concussion form prior to the first day of practice.
To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.
THIS IS A FULL CONTACT FOOTBALL LEAGUE.
WE TRAVEL TO PRESCOTT, WICKENBERG, BAGDAD, AND OTHER CITIES IN AZ AT PARENTS EXPENSE. PARENTS ARE EXPECTED AND REQUIRED TO VOLUNTEER THROUGHOUT THE SEASON AT CONCESSIONS, ICE AND WATER, PARADE DECORATING AND OTHER ITEMS.
ALL PLAYERS WILL HAVE A MINIMUM 4 PLAYS PER GAME. ANY PLAYS BEYOND 4 ARE EARNED PLAYING TIME. NOT ALL PLAYERS WILL GET EQUAL PLAYING TIME.
CHEER WILL TRAVEL TO SAME CITIES AS FOOTBALL LEAGUE.
FOOTBALL PARENTS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE FOOTBALL CLEATS, and MOUTH GUARD FOR PLAYER, ALL OTHER FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT WILL BE LENT TO PLAYER AND MUST BE RETURNED AT END OF SEASON.
CHEER PARENTS WILL NEED TO PROVIDE WHITE SHOES AND SOCKS FOR CHEERLEADER. ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT WILL BE LENT TO CHEERLEADER AND RETURNED AT THE END OF SEASON.
